Guest access Guest have exclusive use of the property. Other things to note During winter months Tender Timber services plowing and sanding. Depending on severity of a storm- delay may occur to wait our 'turn' to be serviced with patience. Always arrive and depart with caution during snowstorms or icy conditions. In departure, ALL guests shall remove all garage/recycling and dispose to local facility; either in Barnard or Royalton Transfer Station. If garbage cannot be removed or taken with renter, a surcharge of $100 may taken from deposit. Kindly separate garage from 'clean' recycling.
