Peaceful Eldora Mountain Retreat

40 minutes west of Boulder, in the mountain town of of Eldora, this house is an ideal destination for hiking, climbing, skiing, relaxing, or as a work stay with light-filled space, beautiful views ,and high speed wifi. Approved occupancy: 4, Parking spaces: 3 The space The space is open, and clutter free with lots of windows looking out on forest and mountain views. In July and parts of surrounding months, wildflowers abound. Those who are lucky might see a moose, fox, bobcat, or a bear out the windows. Guest access Guests have full private access to the house and driveway. During the winter, guests park at the bottom of the ~120 foot driveway, next to a road, that is kept well plowed by Boulder County, to avoid getting snowed or drifted in. Other things to note The cabin has Starlink internet / wifi access (high speed). NOTE: There is NO TV or STEREO in the house, and wifi calling must be turned on for decent cell service. So, the house is suited to those who either want a tech vacation or are bringing devices and are satisfied with high speed internet access. The Hessie trail and 4th of July Road start 1 mile up a dirt road from the house. The continental divide is 8 miles west. The house is in a central location for accessing a variety of front range climbing areas including Boulder Canyon which is ~10 minutes drive away. In the winter, guests can snow shoe or back country ski from the house (when there is snowpack). Eldora Mountain Resort nordic and Alpine ski centers are a ~5.3 mile drive up the road.
