Sea Casa is a unique home right on the beach access road a block away from the beach. Its centrally located for easy access to all Port Aransas has to offer. Tastefully decorated in beach decor with comfortable beds, a great porch and private pool. The open high ceilings are just awesome in this home. Every room has them with the unique peaks and exposed rafters. The open living room area has two large couches for plenty of seating and conversation. The master bedroom and nautical room are the same size with queen beds in them. We removed the closets so the bedrooms were larger but added a stainless bar on either side of the bed for hanging clothing and a chest of drawers in each room. Each room also has a bench for setting bags ect... The bunk room in the back was Costom built with twin xl bunks. Basically each bunk is half a king bed and built for comfort from the spring platforms the mattresses sit on to the hight of the second bunk so a 6ft+ person can sit down on the bottom without hitting their head. There is a loft in the living room with two twin beds up there. If needed the couches in the living rooms are queen sofa beds with upgraded memory foam mattresses. The outside space is really wonderful with a couch on the screened in porch and an outdoor table to hang out at. Plenty of seating down at the pool as well. You have access to pretty much the whole living area of the house. I'll give you a separate code to access the beach gear storage closet on the garage . The garage is locked up storage and there is a locked closet near the master bedroom where the AC unit is located. There is also a locked cabinet in the kitchen where we store a second set of cookware since we have family members with specific food allergies. Its not likely I will be in town while someone is staying at the house but I am available via text and email or a call if you need something. There is a bus stop at the corner on 11th st that takes you several places around town.
