Riverdance has central air conditioning and my Townhome sits right on the San Juan River by the bike path. The deck offers beautiful mountain views and a panoramic view of the San Juan Mountains and of Pagosa Springs and the Hot Springs. Enjoy the River while you sleep. Heated Garage. The space Riverdance is very relaxing with the River, Views and closeness to Town. You can walk to the Hot Springs on the new Riverwalk. Great place for four guests with private bathrooms and 6 guests with a new murphy bed. Table Tennis is in the heated or cooled garage where there's also room for your vehicle. Guest access My guests have access to all three decks and the tandem garage. Other things to note The parking lot is plowed in the winter. Riverdance has a contract that is emailed with further information concerning my property. The Town of Pagosa Lodging Tax is 11.8% that is collected along with the contract.
