Sleeps 30! Private beach on 2 acres Great for large groups! Plenty of parking for all of our guests. 820ft of waterfront on a cove with open water. This home is 6,500sqft with 6 bedrooms, 3 kitchens, formal dinning area, breakfast table, 2 living rooms, pool table, boat dock with 2 boat slips and 2 jet ski slips. Sandy beach with chairs and umbrellas. This is a great swim area! Enjoy our big green egg or gas grill and fire pit by the pool! mature oak trees. We have kayaks, and stand board. The space Lots of room for 30 people to sleep comfortably. Lots of parking Guest access Laundry room with detergent provided Other things to note Beach towels and beach toys are provided. Fire pit is located by the pool . Big green egg and a gas grill. Outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator. Property is covered with mature oak trees with alot of shade. We have two pergola shade covers by the pool. Private pool with Hot tub. Tanning ledge is great for the kids to swim in. For heated pool it will be an extra $350 and let us know in advance as it takes a full day to heat. Two boat slips and two jet ski slips. plenty of room for large families, family reunions. And of course the volleyball net!!!
