The kitchen is fully equipped with a dedicated dining area, living area, desk/office space, washer, dryer, flat screen TV. wifi, cable TV with HBO, Showtime, Netflix & Amazon. Light breakfast & snacks. This space is dog friendly for one small dog under 25 pounds. No cats allowed. There are other dogs on the property. There is a 25(35 in winter)a day additional charge to use the pub/game room, gym, Swedish Sauna and pool/ hot tub per accommodation. The fee is 25(35) total a day for both guests. This fee is not negotiable. This can be collected when you arrive if you decided to use. Please understand we don’t allow parties of any type. We need an hour warning(in winter) to heat the spa. You may invite up to two additional guests that are not staying with you for $10 extra a day per person. We cannot host parties due to the privacy of our other guests. The pool and pub are open from 9 a.m. to 10 pm. Use is for staying guest only. The fee can be collected when you arrive if you decide to purchase access to the amenities . We need notice to heat the spa.(one hour in winter) Amenities are in common areas and may be shared by other guests staying on property who have also purchased the amenities. Access to amenities are not allowed until after the fee is paid. Days do not over lap, in other words, purchasing the amenities package at four does not allow you to use next day. An amenities purchase is same day, dawn to dusk regardless of time of purchase. Please no grilling on the pool deck. Again, Access fee does not include beverages located in the pub.
