Guests have access to the entire house and the entire fenced in front and back yard. As the owner of the property, I am available to my guests by text, email, and phone. I live in Fort Collins and can address any problems that may arise in a timely manner. The property is located within walking or biking distance of Historic Downtown Fort Collins, which hosts a large variety of restaurants, breweries, and shops. It is even closer to CSU, City Park, and Beavers grocery store. City Park has a great playground, tennis courts, picnic areas, walking paths, a pond, a public pool with waterslides, outdoor fitness stations, and lots of green grass for relaxing. The property is on the right side of town for just a short car ride to Horsetooth Reservoir, where guests have access to many opportunities for hiking, mountain and road biking, rock climbing, and water sports. The large dining room table is a great place to spread out and work on your laptop computer. There is a separate breakfast nook, so business travelers do not have to eat and work on the same surface.
