Guest access Guests have full private access to East Balsam Lake Cabin during their stay, including the home, lakefront areas, dock, sundeck, yard, firepit, game room, and all outdoor gathering spaces. Parking is available on-site with ample space for multiple vehicles. Please park only in designated areas and be mindful not to block driveways, neighboring properties, boat access areas, or emergency access routes. Other things to note ➤ Please contact us before submitting a booking request. ➤ Maximum occupancy is strictly capped at 12 guests of all ages per homeowners association requirements. ➤ A signed contract must be submitted to homeowners association 14+ days before arrival. ➤ Up to 2 boat lifts may be available for an additional fee. ➤ Boat rentals, marina services, and fuel are available nearby but are not included with the stay. ➤ Pets are not allowed. ➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted. ➤ The cabin spans 4 levels and includes multiple stairways, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
