Downtown Burien condo newly updated & fully furnished 1400sf. Set at the end of 152nd this is the perfect place to rest & play. Only a 5 min ride to Seatac Airport & 15min to downtown Seattle. Walk down to Eagle Landing park that takes you down to the ocean. Come and enjoy Burien aka B-Town. The space Our condo is very private but it is located in the center of town next to many restaurants and shops. Throughout the year events take place right in front the condo from 5k marathons to Block Parties. Classic eats also has many entertainment events inside and in the summer on the patio. The patio events can be heard from the condo at times but the events do not last past 10 pm. Guest access Our base price is for 2 people we request an extra fee after the second person. We are also connected to the Classic Eats restaurant and you are more than welcome to use the back entrance of the restaurant to access 152nd St. The parking lot is on the north side of the building each stall is marked Classic Eats. We recommend you park on the west side under the lights and cameras. It is a secure area but we always recommend you do not leave valuables in plain site. Other things to note We have a bike route that starts on our block that takes you all the way down to Three Tree Point and the Puget Sound.
