Beach Club Condos are ocean front and our condo is the second back from ocean on the courtyard side. The complex has a pool, kiddie pool, two hot tubs, courtyard, grills, a tennis court, bike rentals, fitness center, and business center. It is close to the Pier, King and Prince, Lighthouse, and Coast Guard Station. The Perfect Island location for couples and families! Note: These are June and July rates. Please inquire for rates August - May. The space Our condo is on the first floor and has an extended balcony for additional outdoor space. Guest access You have the entire two bedroom, 2 bath condo with sleep sofa and extended balcony.
