Vaulted ceilings, beautiful new flooring throughout, fresh paint, a fantastic screened deck, and extra sleeping options with a queen and twin bed in the guest bedroom are just a few key features of this property. With free bikes, WIFI, tennis, extra loft TV area, and an on-site pool, this contemporary villa is a perfect Sea Pines beach home. The space Wildwood Spa is a gem in SeaPines. The Beach Club is just a quick 10 minute walk along the beautiful winding paths that SeaPines is famous for. The neighborhood boast an on-site pool and a tennis/pickleball court that is rarely crowded and amazing golf views. Lush with trees and private, a stay in Wildwood Spa offers a truly serene getaway. Beach gear includes a wagon, breach umbrella, boogie boards and toys for the kids, along with the beach chairs. The gear is stored either in the front service yard or in the entryway to the villa. Guest access Parking is right in front of the property. One Sea Pines vehicle pass is included in your reservation. Sea Pines is a gated community. Unless you have booked very last minute, we will mail your pass ahead of your arrival. If additional passes are needed, they are $22 and can either be billed and included in your mailing or they can be purchased at security upon arrival. Your pass allows you access to all areas of Sea Pines, however there are parking restrictions for guests at the Beach Club during peak summer months. During these months, a trolley and beach shuttle services are available for "park and ride from many convenient locations around Sea Pines. Other things to note Your departure cleaning is included in the management fee. One Sea Pines gate pass is included as well. Check-out instructions will be in the notebook inside the villa.
