2 Bdrm, Private bath/loft, SHARED home N. Denver.

Centrally located, our lovely home is 2 minutes from I-25; 20 minutes to Boulder, 30 minutes to DIA (airport), close to Denver, Fort Collins, Erie, Lafayette and the Front Range. Our home works best for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a SHARED house. Your space upstairs includes 2 private rooms, bath, and loft area; you are welcome to use the kitchen, deck, laundry, and living room if so desired. We have 2 dogs and one cat. The space UPSTAIRS -There are two bedrooms, 1 king and 1 queen with a full bath (double sink and shower) and an open loft. The loft includes a small refrigerator, two large chairs and a futon to watch TV. There are board games and a workspace (desk) to get caught up on emails. You have full access to the kitchen and an option to sit by our beautiful bay window or at the dining table to enjoy your meals! We also have a washer and dryer available. For the pool use, we have beach towels and sunscreen! We also have lawn chairs, and coolers for your use. If you like to grill you may want to check out the back deck and relax. For those hot days, enjoy the community pool just down the street. Guest access Our guests will have access to the loft, kitchen, laundry, deck and use of our grill; or if headed somewhere for the day we have coolers, and chairs. When the pool opens you are welcome to take a dip! This is a non-smoking property both inside and outside. We have one extra bedroom upstairs that I use as an office and our cat using the room as well. The cat does not go into the Air BNB rooms. We also have two Border Collies which are not allowed upstairs at anytime. During your stay However, we also give you privacy! If you'd like interaction with our great family and enjoy talking, sitting out on the deck, BBQ's etc... you are more then welcome to join us! Other things to note There is a 3rd bedroom upstairs that is private, as I use it as my office.
