Convenient drive to Golden/Ned (25 mins) Boulder (25-35 mins), Denver (40-55 minutes) & DIA (1-1:15 mins). The space ** COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES ** This property utilizes CDC Recommended Disinfection Between Bookings. All surfaces and areas frequently touched (e.g., light switches, doorknobs, spigot handles, etc.) are thoroughly cleaned with CDC approved disinfectants. At least 24 hrs are required between bookings. Spacious One Story Ranch Style home (2500 sq. ft) on 11 Acres. Quiet neighborhood with multiple acres between homes. Outside: Large Patio Area with access from Master Suite, Living Room & Dining Room. Grills and Hot Tub, umbrella table/chairs, also campfire seating with Firepit. Great mountain views offer brilliant nighttime stargazing. The home rests in an old-growth forest of pines and aspen trees that ripple with golden light in the Fall. Located close to multiple national parks for hiking/biking and near Gross Dam for non-motorized boating and fishing. Inside: Spacious rooms throughout! 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths + 1/2 bath. WI-FI throughout the house with a landline for phone use. DIRECTV & premium channels w/ flat-screen TV. Fully equipped Kitchen w/2 ovens, Large open space design with Dining Room, Living Room w/ large stone wood-burning fireplace, Recreation area (Pool Table, Nordic Track Pro Skier, Piano). Compact washer and dryer. Fresh flowers, Coffee, and Chocolate on each pillow. Pets are allowed only with prior approval and payment Pet Fee ($125 Per Pet per stay additional fee). The base nightly rate includes up to 6 guests (adults or children) an extra person fee applies to each person over 6 per night. FYI: Owners may be on the property (11 acres, so there's lots of room), either in a separate PRIVATE fenced area or in a private apartment with a separate entrance. Owners respect renters' privacy; you will have the main house to yourselves at all times. When the owner, Kim, is in town she is a great hostess and will be there if you need her to help, but will remain out of sight the rest of the time. Guest access Guest have access to the Ranch House and outside the surrounding property (11 acres) with the following exceptions: may not use/enter garage & adjacent locked apartment and the small fenced off living area used for Ranch staff/family. Otherwise, guests are free to roam the land. Guests are welcome to interact appropriately with grazing horses (wear closed-toed shoes if entering the pasture lands). Other things to note Pets are welcome for an extra fee of $125 per pet/per stay. If you have an animal/s please contact the Owner for approval and total fees, based on the # of animal/s. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including dog pop that is in the yards around the house areas.
