This is a privately owned condominium located in Pacific Shores Resort in Nanoose Bay, B.C just minutes south of Parksville. The unit is 1800 square feet with open plan design and comfortable furniture. There have been many upgrades completed in recent years. We have the most incredible views of the snow-capped inland mountains and glorious sunsets over the bay. Facilities on site include swimming pool, hot tubs, pickle ball courts, kayaks and paddle boards. The space Our unit has a living room, separate dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar. Main bedroom has a new (2021) king size bed, jacuzzi bath and separate shower. The fireplace in the bedroom has been disconnected. The second bedroom has two queen size beds. The living room has a new gas fireplace and new sectional furniture . There is a laundry room with new washer and drier. Outside on the patio are loungers, table and chairs and a BBQ. Guest access Our unit is a single storey so no one is above you. There are two parking stalls directly in front of the unit, the garage is not included. A key pad is used for entry to the unit and you do not have to go to the main building when checking in. Other things to note As part of the resort you will have full use of the indoor pool and hot tubs and pickle ball courts. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for booking through the main office.
