7 Rooms Historical Entire House— for large groups

This home is conveniently located in at the heart of Redlands, a historical town with quirky antique stores, We offer a quite rest stop on your way to a retreat in Big Bear Lake, and more. Our home is large enough to accommodate 19 overnight guests. (But the price for 8 guests extra guests after 8 , charge $45/night per guest only ) please be advised that we do not allow any events of bigger party, small family gathering in door only The space We open house to long -term 30 days rent, This home is conveniently located in at the heart of Redlands, a historical town with quirky antique stores, an up-and-coming restaurant scenes, and many cultural and art activities.We offer a quite rest stop on your way to a retreat in Big Bear Lake, Our home is large enough to accommodate 19 overnight guests. but the house price for 8 guests only, extra guests after 8 will be charge extra guests fee. The house have 3 full bathroom only , may not convenient for large group. The bathroom one located at downstairs, one at upstairs , and other one located at outside pool area, sorry for the any inconvenience . For safety and monitoring, there are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the house, and will verify number of guests. Please use the honor code for reporting the number of guests, any extra guests( Includes adults and children） in additional to those listed on the booking will be charged extra , extra guests fee will be $45/night per guest, unregistered extra guests staying in houseis a fine for $150/night per guest. Airbnb and local City Policies for all Vacation Rentals : Parties are strictly prohibited ! Please note that small family gatherings are ok but parties are strictly prohibited, penalty $600 for invite people come and have parties. only guest on the booking are allowed stay at the house, (Includes patio, garage and pool area ) if you have extra guests please let us know, if you have short time visit guests please let us know and get an approval, there is also a limit to the number of guests and hours allowed . be sure to keep all noise levels down. note that quiet hours are from 10.30 pm . Thank you so much for your cooperation! Guest access When you come to check in , please go to the side door to the left of the garage. You will find a keypad on the door. The passcode to enter is the last four digit of your cell phone number on Airbnb file, it will be activity by 4pm on your check in date. If you have guests need a wheelchair access, please let us know 3 days before you check in , we can install removable access at the front door. Please let us know if you have any questions! Other things to note Please note : Security surveillance cameras are around the house, and will verify number of guests. Please make sure your booking reflects the correct number of guests ( both adults and children). Small family gatherings are ok but parties are strictly prohibited. Only guests on the booking are allowed stay at the house, including use of patio, garage and pool area. Extra guests will be charged $45/night per guest, please inform your host for extra guests number and accept additional payments For short time visitors, please let us know and get approval . there is a limit to the number of guests and hours allowed . penalty $150 /night per guest for no registration guests no approval visitors stay at the house ( including children over 2 years older) $600 penalty per a trip for invite people come and have parties. Be sure to keep all noise levels down. quiet hours are from 10.30pm onwards. game room pool table ,swimming & water playing , must be close by 10.30 pm as well. Keep quiet and not affect the neighbors. Noise and loud music are not allowed If you have pets , must be potty trained pets and have to stay downstairs family room ,kitchen and dining room area, not allowed go to upstairs or enter any the bedroom.
