We’ve also included kid-friendly toys and games to make family downtime fun and easy. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a twin daybed, and a twin trundle—perfect for parents with little ones. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, and the living room has a comfy, springless queen sleeper sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements. Downstairs, you'll find a third bedroom—a private studio suite with a king bed and full bathroom, accessed via its own separate entrance. It’s ideal for grandparents, friends, or anyone craving a little extra privacy. It can also serve as a bonus room or a quiet hangout space. Outside, the back deck offers a front-row seat to gorgeous marsh sunsets—perfect with an evening cocktail or a quiet morning coffee.
