Come for a relaxing and fun trip! Even in the winter you’ll enjoy the trees around us and the beautiful lake. 2 docks, boats/kayaks to enjoy 90 acre lake. Sandy beach starts once you walk off deck, w play set, picnic table, fire pit. Sunroom w/ 3 levels of decking; game room w projector, pool table w pingpong, foosball, as well as hot tub looking out to the lake! Large lot with 250 feet of lake frontage, and is surrounded by evergreen trees so you will feel you have the lake all to yourself (rare find!). Sandy beach starts as soon as you walk off the deck! Lots of decking and outdoor seating areas. Dining room overlooks the lake. Sunroom also overlooks the lake has table and chairs. It's great for playing games, relaxing with wine, or watch wildlife. Both rooms walk out to the main level deck which has table and chairs, plus multi-burner gas BBQ grill. 3 levels of living spaces consist of 5 bedrooms and 3 baths (one of the bath has spa tub) with beds for up to 14 guests plus infants. Two separate living areas plus sunroom to give your group the space to spread out. Living room has smart TV and family room has large screen projector that is great for watching movie or playing video games. Master bedroom has King size bed, smart TV, and private bath. There also a private balcony with table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. This will be your romantic retreat and as well as family getaway. Besides large screen projector TV, family room also has pool table w pingpong top, Xbox, Apple TV, foosball table, movie/book library, poker set and board games. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook and serve for a larger group, and has coffee maker, toasters, blender, mixer, popcorn maker, waffle maker, bakeware, as well as wine cooler. Professional cleaning crew will make sure all are clean and ready for you (beds made and clean towels). We provide extra sheets and blankets if needed (just ask). Soaps, shampoo, trash bags, paper products, as well as firewood are also provided for guests convenience. You can go fishing from our decks--that's how close we are to the water (also rare find)! Private swimming pool opens in the summer ($150 to add), and hot tub is open all year round ($150 to add). Sandy beach starts as soon as you walk off the deck. Kids will love the solid wood play set and the picnic table by the water. We even have toys to play with the sand and toys to play in the swimming pool (please be sure to put back after use). You can use one dock for fishing/boating, and the other one just to watch the sunset. Chill off your summer evenings by soaking in the spa or sit around the firepit to watch the stars...you will not want to leave. Layout of the house: 3rd level: Master bedroom with king size bed, smart TV and private bathroom. Sliding door opens to private balcony and which has table and chairs for 2 guests to enjoy morning coffee while looking over the lake. 2nd/main level: Open concept of kitchen, dining and living room. Living room features wood stove, high ceiling and skylights. Two double sliding doors to enjoy the lake. One of the doors leads to deck with gourmet 5 burner grill, table and chairs, and the other opens to our beautiful sunroom that has sofa, plus table and chairs. You will also find 2 bedrooms 1 bath on this level: One of the bedrooms has king size bed and a crib, and the other bedroom has queen bed and twin over twin bunk with twin trundle. All our beds are super comfortable, and we make the beds so they are ready for you to relax. The bedrooms share a bathroom with tub and shower. 1st/ground level: Family room has sleeper sofa, large screen projector TV, Apple TV, Xbox, pool table with ping-pong top, foosball table, dartboard, movies, board games, and books. There is a small kitchenette with another refrigerator. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with 2 bunks; plus bathroom with a wide shower to fit wheelchair on this level. Family room has sliding glass door that leads to our lower level deck with swing and more chairs to enjoy the beautiful lake, plus a large list of outdoor amenities: swimming pool, outdoor shower, pool toys, hot tub, playset, picnic table, fire pit, two docks, sandy beach, lounge chairs, boats, kayaks, horseshoes, basketball goal, life vests, etc. Enjoy the spectacular fall colors right at our lake house. Go out on the lake fishing or boating to enjoy the beautiful fall season; weather is comfortable for outdoors like hiking/biking/golf, ATV, adventures, paintball... This winter, go tubing, ice skating and fishing right at your backyard. The entire lake in front of us freezes and form a natural skating ground. Very unique and private place for family and friends to play with snow and build snowman—welcome to our winter wonderland! Stay close approximaty to Camelback ski and Kalahari largest indoor water park, Mt. Airy casino, restaurants, and outlet shopping (all are within 10-20min). Other things to note We love everything about this house. It has all we need to make family time a fun time! The lake we are on connects to the big lake, which is very fun for kayaking due to its irregular shape, and meanwhile we love the privacy our lakefront provides. In the winter the lake right in front of us freezes and becomes a large, open space for ice skating and ice hockey. Last but not least is the lake is stocked with fish, and we are on a great spot for fishing. The fish like to hide under the docks and jump at you when you walk onto the docks. And the water is so clear so you can see them swim. Catch the fishes yourselves or watch the ducks and geese catch their food. There is a herd or herds of deers lives in the woods next to us and we can see them stop by almost every day.
