Take morning coffees outside for an unbeatable view of the Alamitos Bay from the patio and dock. The house from Showtime series Dexter, this waterfront pad in the heart of Belmont Shore features a homemade table along with paddleboards and kayaks. The space Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Brand new carpet with combo wood floors. We have a great patio with patio grill that is available for use as well as a private dock reserved for our unit and renters. There are paddle boards and kayaks available for our guests to enjoy. This is strictly a NO EVENTS/PARTIES listing. ***Please be advised; usage of bikes, paddle boards, kayaks and dock space are at your own risk. Adult supervision of children on the dock is mandatory**** Guest access This property is a 2 floored duplex with owner on top floor. The 3 bedroom 1.5 bath guest rental is on the first floor. The floors are separate with their own private entrances. Host Lives on property in Separate quarters Other things to note This is a "NO PARTIES" listing.
