Long driveway through beautiful landscaped property leads to the Vacation Cottage. The property has direct access to newly build Bike Line at former O & W railroad: Rail Trail. Other features include: Log home walls, hard wood floors, new kitchen with black granite counter top, dishwasher, washing machine, antique furniture, iron wood stow and much more. This is truly a dream vacation cottage! 2 hrs from Manhattan. There are 2 houses located apart on 25 acres: Vacation House and owner's weekend house. Each house has own long driveway and separate lawns. The house is equipped with central AC and heat. We provide firewood for wood stow as well. Also there are several portable electrical heaters. The house is insulated. In small lovely village of Hurleyville, you can enjoy several restaurants, recently build huge Art Center, state of the art Maker's Club, Sullivan county Museum (URL HIDDEN) a church and synagogue. One of the best place to eat is Pickled Owl Gastropub. For groceries you can go to Shoprite in Liberty. Great place to visit with kids: Holiday Mountain, Water Park in Monticello. Other things to note The owner is providing initial stock (only) of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo and washing detergent. It is guest's responsibility to refill the stock if needed.
