It is located 5 minutes from Cedar Creek Lake! Amenities: Private pool, 7 person hot tub, ping pong table, darts, air hockey table, poker table, 9 picnic tables, 4 patios, dual grill, smoker, corn hole, 2 fire pits, full size bar, 2 fireplaces, and a huge living room! Free wifi and full cable! Enjoy beautiful sunsets year-round with space to spread out. This house was built for entertaining with huge common areas indoors and out. Relax in the hot tub or cool off in the pool while sipping the beverage of your choice and let all that stress fade away. Play all the games we have to offer in our game room to spice up the evening. Cook, grill, smoke, or go out to eat and enjoy the local fare at one of the great restaurants. Rent a boat or some Jet skis and explore the 4th largest lake in Texas and the unwind at the Plowboys Club! Go on a guided fishing trip, or shop at the local antique stores. Sit by the fire-pit and share stories and quality time with your friends and loved ones. Let your kids run free in the huge, private, yards. Get out of the city and enjoy the country for a few days. It is the 4th largest reservoir in the state and is 19 miles long by 8 miles wide. 2. Canton First Mondays is located with 30 minutes depending on the property you selected 3. Purtis Creek State Park is with in 30 minutes depending on the property you selected 4. Rocky Ridge Drive Through Safari is 40 minutes from our Kemp Property and 20 minutes from our Mabank property 5. NY-TX Zip Lining is 45 minutes from our Mabank property and 1 hour from our Kemp property 6. The East Texas Arboretum is 35 minutes from our Kemp Property and 25 minutes from our Mabank property 7. Texas Fresh Water Fisheries is 45 minutes from our Kemp Property and 30 minutes from our Mabank property 8. Athens Scuba Park is located 40 minutes from our Kemp Property and 20 minutes from our Mabank Property 9. Underground MX Motocross is 8 minutes from our Kemp property and 23 minutes from our Mabank property. 10. Guest access The entire home and all the grounds are available to each set of renters and will not be shared with any other guests during your stay. Please note We sleep 20 in beds and do allow more than 20 guests to use the provided air mattresses. Our base price includes 10 guests and we charge per person per night over the first 10 guests. It will be automatically calculated for you up to 16 guests. If you instant book and have more than 16 guests, you will be sent an extra payment request for the additional guests. If you would like a quote for a group of more than 16 guests please message me and I will send you an accurate quote. We do not charge for the first 5 children age 5 and under. Please note the pool is closed October through February unless otherwise stated- as the water temperature is unsafe to swim in Texas at below 60 degrees. We do keep the pool open as long as we can safely- and if the air temperature stays warm enough these dates may change. Please also note that for groups with 40 guests or more attending an event a port-a-potty will need to be brought in for your guest’s convenience. Each port-a-potty is $85 and will be added to the event fee. Please also note that we do charge for all event guests. We have groups who wish to have a wedding or a birthday party or family reunion where they will only have a certain number of gusts staying the night but will have a much larger group for whatever event they are having during their stay. If you wish to rent for any event please contact us for an accurate quote as you cannot add these fees when booking by yourself.
