This gorgeous one story remodeled home is furnished with brand-new furniture, tiles and hard wood floor throughout the house. Approximate 2,000 square feet of living space on a quite neighborhood in the Cul -de-sac. Entertainment with Youtube TV and the cathedral ceiling are in the living room. Dining room has 1 large size dinning room set with solid wood table and beautiful leather chairs dinning set next to the kitchen. The space There are 4 rooms in the house. TVs are in the Living room and Family room. The 1st Master bedroom has a private bathroom, and 1 queen size bed (sleeps 2) The 2nd Master bedroom has a TV, private bathroom, and 2 queen size beds can sleep for 4 adults The 3rd bedroom- a queen size bed The 4th bedroom - a queen size bed Kitchen is fully equipped Guest access ***Host lives right next door if guests needs any assistance during their stay*** Other things to note We take the peace and privacy of our neighbors very seriously, and we kindly ask that our guests refrain from hosting parties, events, or loud gatherings during their stay. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood, and we want to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. Please note that failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate removal from the property and a fine of $1000.
