Centrally located cozy cottage, near KU campus

I hope you enjoy staying at my place as much as I enjoy hosting. This cozy cottage was my first home, in which I recently updated. It is equipped with a full kitchen, single bathroom, washer and dryer, flat screen TV equipped with 100 mbps and Amazon Firestick and cable TV with 70 plus channels. In temperate months, I have a large fenced-in backyard and back deck for use. If you need anything at all, I am a phone call or message away. The space Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and dishwasher, new washer and dryer amenities, and Amazon Firestick to use on flat screen TV. I provide complimentary WiFi, Netflix, and YouTubeTV which provides 70 channels for viewing. The house has a privacy fence and large back deck, in which you can use the patio furniture, hammock, and string lights. The bedrooms are simple and clutter-free, each with a side table and small lamp. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a single twin with an additional single pull-out trundle as well. Sheets are always fresh and clean and I have provided fluffy towels for each guest, that will make you feel like you are having your own personal spa day. The two queen bedrooms overlook Centennial Park, and the house being on a large corner lot means easy access as well as privacy from neighbors. Guest access You have the entire property to yourselves. The backyard is fully enclosed with a privacy fence. The backdoor opens up onto a wooden deck, which is furnished with a couch, two chairs, a small table and hammock. The deck is lit by a rear light or string lights. We use the garage for storage but it is available if you need to store a bike, extra baggage etc. Other things to note The house has a Ring Video Doorbell on the front of the house for your safety and mine. No smoking in the house please. Smoking inside the property and/or strong secondhand smoke smell or any evidence of smoking (i.e. cigarette butts or ashes) in or around the house will result in an automatic extra $500 cleaning fee. Towels, sheets, blankets etc. which are stained (after being treated and/or bleached) may be subject to charge. All items in the house are accounted for. Anything missing will be charged for, prices vary per item. Any animal on premises will result in $500 cleaning fee. I would like to keep the home clean of allergens for guests who may have a strong pet allergy. Absolutely no parties on the premises. Failure to adhere will result in immediate eviction. I reserve the right to incur additional charges for young children, whether that be a refundable deposit up front or additional cleaning fee.
