Master bedroom has a king size bed and attached bathroom (small shower). Second bedroom has two twin size beds, and the other two bedrooms have queen size beds. All the mattresses are brand new, different firmness, freshly laundered bed sheets and towels are provided. Second full bathroom is located in the hall upstairs with easy access to all bedrooms. Main level features the kitchen with all the necessities, small breakfast table with sitting for four, then a formal dining area with table for 6, and living room with two couches that can be transformed into beds. Downstairs has another living area with a nice bar/ stools and another sofa-bed. It also has doors to the outdoor patio. Although we do have a fireplace downstairs - we don't allow guests to use it out of safety concerns. Parking is available in the attached two car garage, on the driveway and on the street if available. Additional parking is available right across the street (public park).
