Big Water, Sunset Station Lake Martin

Beautiful Lake Martin Sunset Station! Coffee in the morning will never be the same, forever memories of your stay at Sunset Station because of the big water view and closeness of the water. There are many restaurants on the lake with live music. You will find fabulous hiking trails, good fishing, and recreational boating. We include a canoe and 2 kayaks with paddles and lifejackets for you to use while at Sunset Station. The space Located on the point of Sunset Cove, Lake Martin, AL. We are 30 miles from Auburn University. The sun will set and rise on the dock which is 30 feet from the back porch. The back porch has a BIG lake view and is the length of the house. Hammock on the back porch is nice for reading and enjoying the sounds of Lake Martin. You will see sailboats, pontoon boats, bass boat, ski boat and a pontoon plane on the lake. You will not see any boats over 28 feet which minimizes the wake and calms the water. The wildlife is amazing: you will see loons, deer, duck, fish jumping, geese and much more on Lake Martin. We even have a bald eagle on the lake close to the house. You are on the lake and may even see a snake, non-venomous scorpion, bee, or coyote; you can't beat the potential wildlife sightings. You will have access to the canoe and paddle. You will have full access to the covered boat house for a boat up to 33 feet long. Guest access Fully furnished home with bedding, towels and other needed essentials. 55 inch television with full cable, high-speed Wi-Fi, grill, hammock, large deck, plenty of outdoor seating, dock, and plenty of peace and quiet. All local streets are paved, relatively untraveled, and great for running or walking. House is two miles from the public boat launch, plenty of restaurants including the Lake Martin rodeo club and Lake Martin's famous Col Toms. We can accommodate a dog in some cases: the dog is not aloud on furniture, bedding and sleeps in his/her dog bed. There is a special assessment fee for a dog and extra for additional. We will keep the $500 deposit if an undisclosed pet is brought.
