Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage Other things to note This is a non smoking house. You will be fined $500 and lose your deposit if any smoke or marijuana is detected after your check out Mandatory quiet time outside between 9pm-7am, $200 fine for any disturbance to the neighborhood We will request a $600 refundable damage deposit from each guest with no reviews or bad reviews. It will be fully refunded 2-3 days after check out provided no damages we done, house rules followed and no extra cleaning is required. Note: After a booking is made for stays longer than 30 days, guest will be charged an extra $200 for end of the stay cleaning. Or guest has an option to do biweekly light cleanings at $150/clean, this must be scheduled at guests earliest convenience. We provide complimentary necessities for our guests, if you need more supplies please visit local store Driveway accommodates 6 vehicles and couple of more on the left side of the driveway. Neighbors reserve the right to tow away any vehicles blocking their way. ***Please do not block the sidewalk or right side of the driveway where trash cans are placed.
