Cedar Cottage on Lake Champlain

Relax and unwind at Cedar Cottage. Cute efficiency 1 bath cottage perched above the lake on a quiet dead end road. Cedar lies in the heart of the Lake Champlain Valley near Middlebury, half way between Burlington and Rutland. Enjoy the spacious deck accessed by a wooden walkway with cleats and a handrail, that sits 16' above the water providing spectacular views of Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains. The cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway or base for biking/skiing excursions. The space Cedar, described as a tiny house, has a full kitchen, WIFI, bathroom with new shower, flat screen TV, Queen size bed and futon couch, outside propane gas grill and fire pit. A screened in porch attached to the cottage adds plenty of breezy space in warmer months. The deck, accessed by a wooden walkway overlooks the lake. There is lovely of outdoor seating on the deck or by the outdoor fire pit and picnic area. Guest access There is parking space next to the cottage. The house has attractive privacy fencing between adjacent properties. Other things to note Regarding pets: If you bring a pet, waste must be picked up immediately and not left for the neighbors to step in! Dogs must be under owner's control at all times and may not roam the neighborhood. Though immediate neighbors may not be present at their vacation homes during your visit, if present, please be respectful about barking. Upon leaving Cedar, pet owners are asked to please do a thorough sweep up and clean up of any pet fur/dander. We are dog friendly and wish to remain so with your help!
