Guest access The guests will have access to the entire 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa which is a duplex or one half of a house. Your villa is completely separate from the other, however the laundry room is shared. It has two washers and two dryers which are shared with the other unit. Other things to note Signed contract and copy of ID required. • If bringing a pet, a pet fee is required of $50 per week • Responsible party must be at least 25 years old. • NO PARTIES OR NOISY GROUPS. • Noise Ordinance rules must be followed, 10 pm to 8 am.
