Bedroom 1- Queen size bed / Bedroom 2- Queen size bed with additional full size bed (sleeps 4) Bathroom is located Downstairs with shower / Bathroom amenities include, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, soap and hair dryer. Kitchen- fully equipped with full size refrigerator / freezer, gas stove, cookware, utensils, dinnerware, toaster, Keurig coffee maker. Basic condiments provided and K-cups with sugar and Creamer to get your day started. New Smart TV with sound bar and Bluetooth capability - WifF and the ability to stream whatever you choose. Full size washer located in the master bedroom closet / Dryer located in the garage (access code will be provided) The Front porch is designed to relax and take in the beauty of the mountains with nature surrounding you. In the evenings, fire up the propane grill and make a meal. You can enjoy coffee, a cold drink or just sit and relax. Day trips from the cabin are the perfect way to spend the day. Go over Wolf Creek pass to Pagosa Springs and you can enjoy the town with rafting, restaurants or spend the day at the Hot Springs. If you are looking for some of the most beautiful scenery in the area plan a day trip over to Lake City and experience the Alpine Loop. The Alpine Loop Backcountry Byway, a network of four-wheel drive roads that connect Lake City, Ouray, and Silverton, traverses passes up to 12,800 feet while showcasing old mines, ghost towns, natural wonders, beautiful wildflowers, and abundant wildlife. If golf is your game a must during your stay is a day on the beautiful championship course at the Rio Grande Club. Or try fishing right as you enter the neighborhood on the longest stretch of Gold Medal fishing n the Come visit and see what you have been missing! This renovated cabin is located in an ideal neighborhood that is the perfect spot for taking in the natural beauty of the mountain views or enjoying a book on the front porch. The front porch is the perfect place to take it all in. This cabin does not have neighbors to the immediate left, right or in front so the view is all yours to enjoy! You can walk the neighborhood with gravel roads in the mornings and evenings or just to take a stroll to enjoy the fresh air. This cabin is not considered remote but has the convenience of plowed and maintained roads during the winter which makes a stay here during the winter months stress-free and accessible in all seasons. There is National Forest access at the back of the neighborhood if you like to get out and walk or use an ATV. There is ample parking at the cabin for cars/ trucks and trailer for your ATV. The cabin was completely remodeled as of December 2020. -The kitchen has all new appliances, cookware, cabinets and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All you need to do is bring your food. -There is a new smart TV for streaming and Bluetooth capability with a sound bar. -The cabin is on a well so please be aware and conserve water when you can. Also, there is an instant hot water heater so please DO NOT "warm up" the shower water as it is no longer necessary with the instant hot water heater. -During high travel time of year the well can get stressed due to the demand so please practice conservation to lessen the strain on the natural resources. Bringing bottled water to use during your stay will help reduce additional strain on the water supply. Thank you so much! -There is no A/C at the cabin. Box fans fit into the windows and the frame slides down to hold in place. This will draw in cooler air during the evening. If it is a warmer day plan to spend some time in the upper elevations, ATV day trip from Lake City, Visit the hot springs where there is a pool or go white water rafting to cool off! Please treat our cabin as you would your own but most of all enjoy your stay and make some amazing memories!
