Private Waterfront Cabin Retreat with Kayaking

Your private retreat on an acre nestled on a canal to the Withlacoochee River, wrapping around 2 sides of the property. Relax on your porch overlooking the water as you watch the birds and deer play. Kids will love the tire swing, toys such as Lego, Lincoln logs, pool table and ski ball. Kayaks available to our guests awaiting adventure. Bond around the fire pit, walk the trails, lounge in the hammocks, and fish on the dock. Setup the big screen to watch a movie. Welcome to your get-a-way! The space This is a place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Lounge in some hammocks on the deck overlooking the water, or hang them on the deck right by the water. Swing on the porch swing or tire swing, take a kayak or the jon boat down the winding canals or cast some fishing poles on the deck in hopes to catch a bass! Cook some smores on the fire pit. Walk along the private property admiring all the different fauna. Relax by the fireplace and watch a movie, play old school Nintendo, or play some board games. WE NOW HAVE WIFI INTERNET!! Setup the movie screen on the lanai to watch a DVD outside! We understand those who ❤️ to travel with their furry companion🐕 WE NOW ALLOW CERTAIN DOGS: 🐶 ⚠️Due to my sons allergies, ONLY 1 hyperallerginc dog and under 20 pounds for $150. NO DOG is allowed on beds or couch (we will have a pet bed available) Please pick up all dog poop with provided baggies and throw away in garbage at street. THANK YOU for helping with my sons allergy and for inquiring about our home away from home ❤️ Guest access Washer and Dryer on site if needed. Fishing Poles (may need fishing line, hooks, and bait) Jon Boat with oars, (4) Kayaks and paddles (1- 2 person, 4 1-person), Life Vests, and multiple hammocks, All provided for use. This cabin is a get away from it all place. A place to unwind and enjoy nature, but we also have wifi internet, DVD player and a plethora of dvds, a super Nintendo and Nintendo system for a movie/game night. For other family fun: a pool table, corn hole, ski ball, outdoor jenga, kayaks, jon boat, tire swing, fishing poles, fire pit, hammocks, lots of board games and lego, etc! **Please note the hurricanes were rough with us this year. We were hoping to make some updates to the cabin but it's been put on hold while we continue to play catch up. Nothing major, just a honey-do list of replacing pantry door, faucets, cracks in some tile, etc. 😊 Other things to note We strive hard for 5 stars. We are here to make your get away the best it can be. This is our home away from home and we hope you love it as much as we do! **Last minute Early check in/late check outs may be available upon request and availability. -$50 for arrival anytime the morning of your stay (or $10 for each hour before 4pm) -$75 for arrival night before your stay -$50 for late check out of 4pm day of departure (or $10 for each hour after 10am) Please let us know if you are interested prior to your stay. **We also may be able to arrange a special treat before your arrival such as a sign, balloons, treats, bringing in some groceries, etc. Let us know how we can make your getaway special!** **Please fill out the correct number of guests during booking. If inaccurate information regarding number of guests or if you bring an unauthorized pet, a $250 fee will be addressed.
