We are 3/4 of a mile to downtown Grass Valley and about the same to the Nevada County Fairgrounds. We are close to Condon Park which is great for a morning walk or run. This unit is available for rental of 30 days or more. We are on-site and will be friendly neighbors offering assistance at times. The space 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with private outdoor, covered deck and a separate, private entrance. This space is bright, clean and modern. Full kitchen, wireless Internet and Fubo TV for your enjoyment. Butler Place is equipped with central gas heat and central air conditioning. This apartment is located behind our house in Grass Valley. We are a 3/4 mile walk to downtown and 3/4 mile walk to the fairgrounds. It is street parking only. We do have a washer and dryer in our laundry room that we will happily give you access to at least once per week. Guest access You have access to the back deck which is for your use only and is private. The backyard area is also available. Other things to note We have a Nest thermostat. In the colder months, we keep it open. During the warmer months, we do put a minimum temperature floor of 70 degrees. You will have privacy in the unit. On occasion, we may need to do yard maintenance in that backyard. We do our best to be quick and efficient and not to linger. We DO NOT ALLOW parties of any kind on the property. The unit is for you and your traveling party. It is not a venue and shall only be used by you and your party unless permission is given with prior notice from you.
