Perfect for two, but can accommodate 3 people with use of the couch bed. We are 3/4 of a mile to downtown Grass Valley and about the same to the Nevada County Fairgrounds. We are close to Condon Park which is great for a morning walk or run. Our pricing includes taxes. Cleaning fee is minimal. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with private outdoor, covered deck. This space is fresh, modern, and freshly renovated. Full kitchen, wireless Internet and DISH Network TV for your enjoyment. Butler Place is equipped with central gas heat and central air conditioning. This apartment is located behind our house in Grass Valley. We are a 3/4 mile walk to downtown and 3/4 mile walk to the fairgrounds. You have access to the back deck which is for your use only and is private. The backyard area is also available. We take our cues from our guests. We are on the same property as Butler Place is directly behind our house. If we are home, we will see you and say "hello", but we will not be intrusive and will respect your privacy. If you need anything or have any questions during your stay, please let us know. We are here to help. Do not feel obligated to chat with us if you're not feeling like it. We respect your decision to keep to yourself if you so choose. We love that our neighborhood is quiet and very close to both downtown and the fairgrounds. We are also nearby Condon Park, which features playgrounds, running trails, skate park, dog park, baseball fields, a disc golf course, basketball courts, BBQ areas, and more. There is a bus stop about 150 yards away. But...you can walk to the downtown area (3/4 of a mile away) and to the Nevada County Fairgrounds (3/4 mile away). We have a Nest thermostat. In the colder months, we keep it open. During the warmer months, we do put a minimum temperature floor of 70 degrees. You will have privacy in the unit. On occasion, we may need to do yard maintenance in that backyard. We do our best to be quick and efficient and not to linger. We DO NOT ALLOW parties of any kind on the property. The unit is for you and your traveling party. It is not a venue and shall only be used by you and your party unless permission is given with prior notice from you.
