With over 1,400 square feet of modern design, the home hosts plenty of open space allowing you and your guests to relax without feeling cramped. All bathrooms are en-suite and well-appointed with walk-in showers. The home also boasts a full-service kitchen for those chefs inspired to prepare mouthwatering meals for their family or guests. There is plenty of dining space to compliment the already numerous provided comforts of home, including high speed WIFI, cable TV throughout, and in-home washer/dryer unit which allow you to pack lightly or wash your clothes before you return home. To top it off, glide into the sparkling backyard splash pool with screened-in-patio and furniture to cool your sun-warmed skin…or sink into a lounge chair with beautiful sunset views as the sun slowly dips behind the beautiful green space garden. The townhouse also has its own private driveway and overflow parking directly in front of the home for convenience and easy unloading and loading of your luggage. We are also only a short walk to the clubhouse which offer plentiful of upscale amenities for you and your family to enjoy. Guest access All guests can enjoy the many resort amenities free of charge including access to Windsor Hills Water park featuring dueling water slides, Olympic size lagoon style pool and hot tub, toddler pool, fitness center with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, recreational park with tennis, putting green, volleyball, children’s playground, a picnic area, game room, high definition surround sound movie theater with 800 + titles, cyber café, and market place & grill. Other things to note -Pool heat is available for a nominal fee of 15 dollars per day. - Must be at least 25 years old to book. - No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking. - Please kindly note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.
