The family room expands to the front enclosed sunroom and opens to the expansive deck complete with panoramic views. Head up the stairs to find two guest bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with a twin over full bunk. These rooms share a full bathroom. The large primary suite can be found on this level as well with a queen bed, panoramic lake views and an en suite bath. THE LOCATION You're only steps away from the sandy beach and shoreline. The best part is, you won't have to worry about finding a parking spot. Enjoy walking to the pier and lighthouse or bike the boardwalk to downtown Grand Haven. Downtown is 1.3 miles away and has a wide variety of great restaurants, breweries, shopping, coffee shops and a new social district. CANCELLATION POLICY - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 7 days before check-in. - If cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund. - If cancellation is made between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. - If cancellation is made less than 7 days before check-in, there is no refund.
