Grand View House & Annex, Sleeps 19

The Grand View House & Annex sit side-by-side on an expansive property with large grounds and, of course, an amazing waterfront with sandy beach. This is a no pet property. The property sleeps 20 and you can also rent my neighboring Summerset House and sleep another 21 for a total of 41! The space This expansive property has two, side-by-side, dwellings that can accommodate a maximum of 20 people. They both face the lake with sweeping waterfront views of the Chain O' Lakes. Guests rave about the sandy beach and spacious lawns. The property has a private dock, deck area, swimming raft, fire pit, and includes 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards. The sandy beach is maintained for young children and easy access to all the boats. The extensive grounds & sports field offer a variety of land activities, including a lawn volleyball court and basketball. There is plenty of space for horse shoes, bocce ball, and other lawn games. The original 1905 farmhouse has been fully restored and includes all the modern amenities. This includes central AC/Heat, an upgraded kitchen, laundry machines, a grill, and Wi-Fi throughout. The Farm House has 4 bedrooms (4 queens and a bunk bed), 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a Florida room with TV and sleeper sofa. The large deck overlooking Sunset Lake is a great place to cook out, relax, and enjoy the view. The Annex is also recently restored. It is equipped with central air and heat, a full kitchen, 1 ½ bathrooms, and a living room with TV. The sleeping quarters consist of 1 queen, a twin, and 3 bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa twin. An upper level deck offers spectacular views of Sunset Lake. Bedding is included with this property. Towels are not included. No pets or smoking allowed. Other things to note Towels are not provided
