Guest House at Firefly Farm and Gardens

Cozy 1100 s.f. farm house just outside Newnan city limits. The house has a large lot with lots of lawn. It includes a spacious kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms. We will consider well behaved dogs upon request, for a $75 per dog fee. Please message with dog details. All dogs must be current on flea/tick prev, house trained and be confined to a crate when owners are away. Please, no pets on the furniture! Sorry, no cats. BASE RATE INCLUDES 2 GUESTS, ADD'L GUESTS ARE $10 PER NIGHT PER GUEST. The space Known locally as the "Little Blue House", the original part of the home was built in 1940 and has the original hardwood floors. The house has a large kitchen, big enough to prepare and enjoy a meal with your family. Central heating and cooling keep the space comfortable. There is a new deck with patio furniture and a table for outdoor dining. Enjoy the privacy of your own fenced back yard while cooking dinner on the grill. The house includes everything you need for a short or longer stay. There is a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. Guest access The entire house and yard is included for your use during your stay. Brand new deck out the back door with table, chairs and swivel rockers. Perfect for relaxing in the private back yard. Park style grill and fire pit just below the deck. The house has a long circular driveway, perfect for larger vehicles or if you are pulling a trailer. (Just please remember to park and drive on the driveway, not the lawn.) Other things to note Please NO SMOKING or VAPING in the house or anywhere else on the property. Please do not move furniture, please do not bring furniture into the house. If dogs are approved, please follow house rules. No dogs left unattended loose in the home. Crates required. No pets on the furniture. WiFi is 200mbs cable service, very fast.
