Both properties have separate & ample parking for about 15 cars. Other things to note 1840’s restored Barn with modern comforts & the charm of rustic imperfections. The Barn shares a driveway with a separate short term rental next door, Evergreen Retreat, also managed by Gatheryng. Each property has separate parking (about 15 cars each) and mostly separate amenities. The two properties only share the sports court, the fishing dock on the back pond (behind the sports court & furthest from both properties,) and the trash cans by the driveway. We live just down the road and can be spotted on property from time to time doing trail maintenance, cutting firewood, etc. You can interact with us as much or as little as you want.
