All standard stay-related fees including linens and basic supplies are built into the nightly rate so you can see your total cost up front. Rates include up to 20 overnight guests for The Barn. Some booking platforms display “16+” as the highest option, so please share your total guest count when booking to help us keep accurate records. If your group exceeds 20 guests, please let us know in advance — additional guest or event fees may apply. Pet fees and taxes are separate and shown during checkout. EVENT & WEDDING NOTES - Parking capacity: ~15 cars, if you need more parking you need to consider "Evergreen Acres" which includes this property and the adjacent home that has parking of 50 capacity. - Best for small weddings / intimate gatherings due to parking. - Event fee: $500–$1000. - $10 per day-guest not staying overnight. - $250 refundable deposit. - Guest handles food, drinks, tents, chairs, rentals. - Please confirm your total guest count (including any day guests) and plans for setup, so we can provide the appropriate event fees and help plan for parking.
