A massive 4,992 sq ft house with the best views on the entire Pacific coast. This house spans 3 1/2 floors and has 2 separate house-width decks. Guests can access the beach using the stairwell leading from the house and enjoy miles of beachcombing or a leisurely walk into Old Town. The space There is a primary bedroom with it's own private sitting area, a large kitchen and a luxurious jetted tub. It will sleep up to 9 adults comfortably, and kids will love the game room on the 3rd floor. There's also a separate suite with a king bed and sofa sleeper on the bottom level that boasts panoramic ocean views from every angle. The house has a private parking area that will accommodate up to three vehicles. The house is accessed from the parking area via a stairwell, and there are many levels within the house that also require stairwell access. Guest access This is not a bed and breakfast; it is a complete vacation home. You have complete access to the full dwelling space, as you would with a normal vacation rental.
