We are located on 11 beautiful acres. Our guests have full use of the entire house and are welcome to walk the property. We have horses, donkeys and chickens in our pastures. We love to introduce our guests to all of our lovable farm animals. We have a circle driveway that easily accommodates 4+ cars. We are close to grocery and gas stores , while maintaining a peaceful country atmosphere. We live less than a mile from the property, so we are available in the event that guests need us. We are located on 11 acres just a few miles from town, shopping and local events, but in an area that is peaceful and quiet. We are a working farm with livestock including, horses, donkeys and chickens. . The livestock are for owners use only and we ask that guests not interact with animals unless we are present or after receiving prior permission/instruction . We ARE NOT a party house! We do not allow events on the property. Eviction will be immediate if guests violate these rules. NO EXCEPTIONS! There is more than adequate parking available for the number of guests that we allow. Parking is on gravel areas ONLY! No vehicle of any sort is allowed to park in the grass at any time!! There will be a $250 fee for anyone that drives through or parks in the grass or walkway areas. Pets may be allowed with pre approval and with an additional $100 fee. If you bring pets without prior permission, it may result in eviction!! THIS IS A NON SMOKING RESIDENCE!! SMOKING WILL NOT BE PERMITTED!!! Smoking WILL result in eviction!
