Our simple, yet very clean one-bedroom, one-bath unit in the Sports Village offers the amenities of a condo at the price of a hotel. In addition to the one-bedroom, there is a private alcove with a full-size bed and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Our condo sleeps up to 6 guests. Our well-stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze. We are a great base for mountain biking, climbing, Snow Canyon, and Zion. We will consider well-behaved pets on a case-by-case basis. The space Our condo is simple, yet very clean. There is a super comfortable king bed in the master bedroom, a full-size bed in a partially private alcove, and a new queen sofa bed in the living room that is actually comfortable! There are plenty of sheets, blankets, and pillows for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, and cookware. A patio with Adirondack chairs and table are available for enjoying cool desert evenings after an adventurous day. Our condo has a private entrance that opens to the outside. There are approximately 10 stairs. There is no unit above the living space of our condo; our guests consistently comment on how quiet our home is. Sports Village offers a large, heated pool, adult lap pool, pickleball, tennis courts, racquetball, basketball, playground, and more! We are located within walking distance to some of the best trails in the area including Zen Trail and Bear Claw Poppy. Note: Hot tubs are open year round. The adult lap pool and family pool will be closed from after Thanksgiving to President's Day weekend. They will open and heat it for the Christmas holiday. Less than an hour to Zion. We are the perfect base for your desert adventure. We are priced competitively to hotels, yet have all the comforts of a home. We offer cable TV through a HULU service and Netflix. Fiber optic wifi is also available. Note: We do NOT allow smoking/vaping anywhere on our property including our balcony. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo. Other things to note Well-behaved furry family members will be considered. Please keep them off furniture and be respectful of our home. In order to continue to allow pets, we ask that owners are respectful of our furniture and home. Absolutely NO SMOKING/vaping allowed in our home including on our balcony! Please be kind to Clubhouse staff.
