Very clean house with Central Heat and A/C Original 1920's Hardwood floors, Marble and Travertine finishes. Bathroom is made with Marble & pebble and glass tile. Private fenced in side porch/patio equipped with patio chairs, table a BBQ and outside shower. You have parking for one car to park on the street. The house has a brand new, and very relaxing, Queen bed in the bedroom with large drawers below for storage. The extra bed is a very comfortable pull-out sleeper Queen in the living room (very comfortable thick foam mattress- no bars or beams to mess up your slumber) couch. This queen-sized one-bedroom beach rental. Designed ideally for two guests, the home can technically accommodate up to four people with a pull-out queen couch—but please note, space would be tight and the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom, making it best suited for couples or budget-conscious travelers. 🛏 Sleeping: 1 queen bed in the bedroom + 1 queen sofa bed 🚿 Bath: 1 bathroom with indoor shower, plus an outdoor shower 🍳 Kitchen: Compact but fully equipped (not ideal for gourmet chefs!) ☕ Patios: Private side patio with grill + upper deck perfect for morning coffee or enjoying the sea breeze 🚗 Parking: On-street parking for one car valid on all PAG side streets like a resident during your stay 🏖 Beach access: Just a minute’s walk—only 5 parking spaces from the boardwalk crossover PET POLICY: what type of pet do you have? Please send a picture with her/his name. Your pet must be approved in advance by Lisa Abraham-Charest--Pets must be non-aggressive toward other animals, adults or children. You must have a health note from your vet dated within 30 days of travel- you must either take a picture and email that to me or send it to me in the mail- It has to note that the pet is on a vet prescribed flea treatment/heartworm program. We will need a copy of your pet's health certificate for our files 3 weeks prior to your arrival. You are responsible for picking up after your animal and your pup must be walking leashed when outside of the house. There is a cleaning fee of $45 required for pet owners in a one-bedroom house. The neighborhood has colorful cottages most built in the 1920's on an island only 5 house wide. There are 10 restaurants in walking distance and the house comes with two beach cruiser bikes so cars are not needed. The gradual drop-off of the firm sand into the low waves makes for nice swimming for kids and miles of excellent walking or jogging at sunrise or sunset. Sunset sails, horseback riding on the beach, boat & wave runner rentals or fishing and golf are all close by- just ask me if you are interested in something locally! PET POLICY: Must be approved in advance by Lisa Abraham-Charest--Pets must be non-aggressive toward other animals, adults or children. You must have a health note from your vet dated within 30 days of travel- you must either take a picture and email that to me or send it to me in the mail- IT has to note that pet is on a flea treatment/heart worm program. You must send a copy of proof of liability insurance (cover sheet for your home owners liability policy) to cover any injury's your pet may inflict on another animal or person at the time you mail in deposit. We will need a copy of your pet's health certificate for our files 3 weeks prior to your arrival. You are responsible for picking up after your animal. There is a cleaning fee of $45 required for pet owners in a one-bedroom house.. The parking Pass will need to be returned to the house if it is not there is a $500 fee as noted here and on the parking pass that you are given. 2 adult beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs and beach towels
