Cabin with access to Medina Lake at Sunset Resort

A peaceful getaway on the edge of the Hill Country near Medina Lake. Enjoy a little slice of heaven in our studio style Cabin. This unit is a stand alone building (~ 600 sq ft.), located about 150 feet from the main Log House. It has a large full bathroom, a main area that features 2 beds, kitchen & table. Our cabin is located behind electric gate & is a quick 5 min. drive to Sunset Resort (boat ramp and sports cts.) access to Medina Lake or 10 mins to Paradise Canyon on Medina River. NO WiFi The space NEW, add on ($) ACCESS to MEDINA LAKE through SUNSET RESORT! Sunset Resort is located 5 mins 📍from the ranch and has a NEW concrete boat 🛥️ as well as a pickleball & sand volleyball courts, corn hole area and more, check their website for a full list of activities and events! Our room cabin at Sunset Ranch is a stand alone building, approx 600 sq ft. , located about 150 feet from the main Log House. This cabin features a front porch with a porch swing and table. Enjoy your the back porch as well with a table to take in the natural beauty of the hill country. Once through the front door (keyless entry), the main room features: -2 full/double size bed (all bed linens provided and all have memory foam toppers!) -kitchen with cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, a small refrigerator/freezer combo, a Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes -a high bar top with 2 bar stools, and a dining table with 4 chairs. -a small tv with local channels and DVD player, no internet or cable, but cellphones work great! -closet with a hanging area and drawers A full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The bathroom is stocked with plenty of shampoo/conditioner/soap, hair dryer and towels! Outside space: Enjoy a meal cooked on the charcoal grill, please bring your own charcoal. Our outdoor fire pit is just out front of the cabin and is a great way to enjoy a relaxing evening under the stars! We provide firewood but please leave for others to enjoy when done. You are welcome to explore the area within the high fence of the cabin area (approx 3 acres), but please remember we are located in the country so you are a guest to the natural critters. Pet friendly, please keep them on a leash when others are around, off the furniture and pickup after them. Location: Escape city life to the dark night sky of the ranch on the west side of Medina Lake Dam. Enjoy the quietness but you are still close enough to all the amenities and entertainment San Antonio has to offer. Enjoy the evening sitting around the campfire roasting smores. While we are not located on the water of Medina Lake, we are only a 5 min drive to Sunset Resort on Medina Lake, check their website for activities and events. For an additional resort fee, you can enjoy the use of the new concrete boat launch, pickleball and sand volleyball courts and more. Kayak and paddle board rentals are also available at the resort. Enjoy a day of swimming or floating at Paradise Canyon on the Medina River just 10 mins from the ranch. There is parking for 1 vehicle onsite. Other things to note We are a working ranch and love our wildlife friends! Please make sure the electric gate closes behind you each time you come and go.
