This property is located less than 30 minutes from downtown Chicago and Schererville, IN and less than an hour from Orland Park and Oak Brook Mall where there are plenty of restaurants and stores for shopping. The Master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms have queen size beds. All access This home is in a quiet neighborhood but very near: River Oaks Mall Horseshoe Casino Ameristar Casino Jewels Grocery Store Meijers 18th Street Brewery 4 parking spaces available in driveway. You and guests must park car(s) in driveway. NO street parking or cars will be towed. About 5 minutes from I80-94. Nearby public transportation: Metra South Shore at East Chicago Hammond When requesting a reservation, please provide the nature of your visit and how many guests there will be. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS or SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME – Smoking is only allowed outdoors! Guest access: The entire home is for your exclusive use and enjoyment. Before Check-In you will be provided the lock box code to get the keys (usually within 72 to 48 hours of your visit) and/or the Host will meet and greet you at the property to give you the keys the day of your arrival. DISCLAIMER: There are NO cameras inside the home. However, there are HD cameras that monitor/record the front and back of the home. If there is any sign of a party or large gathering, you and your guests will be asked to leave without a refund. Only *10 guests or less are allowed to visit in the home. (NOTE: 10 guests in the home doesn't mean 10 guests can spend the night, it means up to 10 guests can visit). If more than 10 guests are captured on camera entering the home, you and your guests will be asked to leave. ABSOLUTELY no parties are allowed. This is not a party house. If a party is captured on camera, you and your guests will be asked to leave. *Again, only 6 guests are allowed to spend the night and up to 10 guests are allowed to visit (but not spend the night).
