This fabulous Stinson Beach house includes a full game room with Flat Screen TV, full size pool table, ping pong, PacMan classic arcade, Classic Bally Fireball PinBall, mini golf, foosball and basketball. This makes it the perfect spot for a family beach vacation in northern California. NOTE: This is a Streaming house with ROKU so bring your APP passwords (Amazon, NetFlix, Disney+ etc.). Guest access Gated Seadrift Lagoon & Beach, Surfing, Tennis Courts, Mini Golf, Basketball Hoop, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Classic Arcade Games including Bally Fireball and Pac Man + - Beach Access at Seadrift Security gate by walking down Walla Vista or by driving to end of Seadrift Road inside Seadrift gate. Other things to note My family and I stayed for a week, and it was perfect! The house was in great shape - everything working well, and of course lots of toys to keep us entertained! Staying on the lagoon (in the wide part) is ideal - the across-the-lagoon neighbors are not too close, you can still hear the ocean, and the lagoon is warm enough for swimming without a wetsuit! The location of this house is also ideal - if you want to go to the beach it is a short walk to the public beach access. Our favorite things: The hot tub (well maintained!) with outdoor warm water shower, the warm and wide lagoon for swimming, rowing, kayaking and paddleboarding, the 5 TVs so everyone can watch what they want (though we didn't really watch that much), the pool table, the nearby access to the beach, the skylight that kept the house cool, the table with umbrella on the back deck, the seating in the atrium so we could stay indoors in the morning but still enjoy the sunlight and view, the strong wifi (for the inevitable work login), watching the fish and birds in the lagoon, walking around Seadrift and Stinson (especially the point up by Bolinas at low tide - wow!), and special mention of the triple kayak (that thing is huge!), so we could give a ride to one person who had a hurt hand (and there were more things to do - these were just our favorites). I had a chance to meet the owner, Stan, who clearly cares about the house and asked me to let him know if there were any issues (there were not), which explains why everything is in such good shape. We also cooked a lot, and there were plenty of utensils and all the appliances worked well (including the gas BBQ). Finally, our teenage daughter really loved having her own 'suite' - with a huge bed, private bathroom and patio door! We highly recommend this house - it does indeed have all the toys, is in great shape and in a great location, with a thoughtful owner! Enjoy! - Leigh, July 2018 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were 4 adults and 3 kids ages 4-7. There was something to do for all ages. Very peaceful place. House was very clean, beautiful and well organized. We. Used the kayaks and SUP.
