Davis Shores section of Anastasia Island is the the prime location here in St Augustine. You are on the Island side of the Bridge of Lions and walking distance to downtown. Also you are short car ride or bike ride (house comes with bikes!) to the beaches... best of both worlds! When I remodeled the house my focus was openness, light colors and capturing as much natural light as possible. It is a cozy little gem in the perfect location. I hope you enjoy! The space The house is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home. The kitchen is so open it feels like one large room with the dinning room cause all the magic starts in the kitchen and I wanted all that magic to naturally flow through the house. Speaking of magic both bedrooms have king size Casper memory foam beds cause a bed can make or break a vacation and I wanna make your vacation! The master Bathroom is privately attached to the master bedroom with a sliding barn door. It has a rain shower and a sea glass theme with sea glass tile and counter on the double vanity. The second bedroom captures all the morning light and has a private entrance to the second bathroom that is extremely spacious with a double vanity. It has a tub and shower option. The entertainment room is a large Florida room that looks out on the back yard and has windows all the way around with 2 couches and a futon for lots of room to lounge watch movies. The back yard is totally fenced in with a hammock, fire pit, outside dinning table and lots of chairs to sit by the fire. The fire pit is a game changer in fall winter and spring and I keep the wood stocked for you. The garage has washer and dryer for you to use along with bikes, cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella. Guest access The entire house, garage and property. Other things to note We want you to enjoy yourselves but not at the expense of the neighborhood. Please have fun but be kind to Neighbors and keep noise down outside after 9pm. Please take good care of our home.
