The house carries a clean modern personality in an historical ambient. It is ideal for a group of up to 10 people who want to enjoy time in a comfortable, fun, beautiful, versatile, and clean atmosphere. The space The house has a secluded backyard with BBQ and all you need to enjoy your stay. Outside furniture can seat up to 12 people. There is a private parking area in the driveway. Guest access Guest will have the entire house available with the exception of the office and the garage. Other things to note We put endless effort and love in keeping the house, updating it, and making it nice, welcoming, and cozy. We welcome you to enjoy our place. Smoking is NOT allowed and pets are NOT allowed. The two flat TVs in the house offer sport, news, and TV channels through a complementary Hulu subscription. Through Roku, also, guests can access their personal accounts on Netflix, Amazon Prime TV and so on. Please shoes off while indoor. Central AC: The central AC thermostat is upstairs in the hallway just next to the bathroom door. GARBAGE: Garbage and recycling pick-up is early Monday morning. GRILL: Guest are welcome to use the grill located on our backyard. OUTDOOR CAMERA BELL: For security reasons between bookings we installed an outdoor camera bell on the back door. The camera will be mostly turned off when guests are in, but the bell allows guest to contact me directly, should they have any questions. Please note that I will be in Europe, so I will be able to answer bell calls no later then 5pm EST.
