Our 3 bedroom beach house is a perfect location for families with small children or persons 55+ looking for a great holiday break. Restaurants are within 300m a newly opened Gourmet Restaurant with full bar service is a short distance away The space A newly renovated beach house only 60 feet from your own private white sand beach in Spanish Wells, The Bahamas. Three bedrooms with 2 full size bathrooms. Bedrooms are each outfitted with queen size beds. Master bedroom has television, Living room has flat screen T.V and also a dvd player. A modern kitchen with all appliances including washer & dryer. All rooms have air conditioners as well as ceiling fans. Guests can expect a very tranquil environment. Sit under cool palm trees with your favourite drink in hand and watch the cruise ships as they pass by. A perfect location for wind surfing as water is low and white sand bottom is free of reefs and shoals. Other watersports such as Scuba,Waterskiing,Snorkelling, Deep Sea Fishing, Parasailing and Boat rentals can also be arranged. A popular restaurant is only 2 minutes walk away. Others are just a short ride away. Menus for 2 nearby restaurants are inside the cottage with their phone numbers. It is common for guests, not wishing to grill their own meal, to place a phone order and simply collect later and eat on the patio under the stars. A well stocked food store is less than 10 minutes walk from Island Waves. A liquor store, Budda's, on 12th street is a 2minute walk & stocks popular European and American wines, beers, liquors and liqueurs. Our caretaker will gladly assist guests in obtaining their favourites. Standard rental rates apply from February 1 thru October 31. Seasonal rates apply from November 1 thru January 31. Rates are viewable in the calendar. A cleaning fee of $100.00 per stay, with a 3 night minimum. Cable television and Wi-Fi is included. Island Waves is located on the very best section of this 2.5 mile long white sand beach. The sandy bottom and shallow water makes Island Waves the perfect choice for families with small children. The rock free water and beach makes for the best location for children to dig and build sand castles to their hearts content. Shell collecting is a favourite pastime of our guests. Our caretaker will meet you at the public dock on your arrival, drive you to the cottage and ensure you are comfortably settled. Likewise he will drive you back to the dock on the day of your departure. If desired you may rent your very own Golf Cart from him so you can go sightseeing around the island at your leisure. Harbour Island, home of the world famous 'Pink Sand' beach is but a short ferry ride away. Should you decide to visit Harbour Island, you will find a number of five star, internationally recognized restaurants, offering cuisine from around the world as well as local dishes. The unique feature about Island Waves is what it offers as well as its location, which is very quiet and away from the main street; Leo Pinder Highway, making it the perfect location for families with small children.
