Located in Cleveland Heights close to The Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, Case Western Reserve University, John Carroll University, Cleveland State, Downtown Cleveland and the cultural institutions of University Circle. The space Whether you are in town for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or to visit Cleveland's world class art museum our large 4 bedroom home with 2.5 baths built in 1923 is the perfect location for you. Cleveland Heights is a beautiful historic suburb once home to Rockefellers located just outside of Cleveland's University Circle and Little Italy neighborhoods. The "Heights" feature several neighborhoods loaded with local restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and shops. No two homes look a like in this city full of tall oak trees. Our older home features a well-equipped up to date kitchen with breakfast nook, loads of charm and woodwork along with plenty of space for family gatherings. Short drive to Downtown Cleveland, Cleveland Clinic, Case Western, University Circle, John Carroll University, and much more. Walking around the neighborhood is a real treat since we are a short walk from magnificent mansions and a school playground. The surrounding entertainment/cultural districts include an art house movie theater, a live theater, libraries, microbreweries, art galleries, antique shops, independent restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, world-class museums and The Cleveland Orchestra. We have a lot of extra furniture we might be able to work something out. We are a large owner occupied duplex. The rental house is completely separate with your own entrance, basement and laundry. Please no parties or large get togethers. Home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood so noise levels must be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 8am. Level 2 EV charger for you car is available. 1st floor contains living room, dining room and a small half bath. 2nd floor contains 3 bedrooms and one full bath. 3rd floor contains 1 bedroom and one full bath. Guest access Guests have full access to house and basement laundry facilities. Other things to note About a 40 foot walk from parking to entrance of home. A few steps up to get into the house. No first floor bedrooms. There is a small 1/2 bath on the first floor. Home is one half of a large side by side owner occupied duplex. Both units are completely separate with their own entrances and basements. If you will have more than 3 vehicles please let us know. Pack N Play, high chair, car seat all available in house for guests to use. More baby stuff available upon request.
