From the bungalow access over 300 miles of mountain bike trails and take a short drive to hikes, lakes, Yavapai College, Prescott College, and Embry Riddle. Guest access The bungalow is a separate guest house on the property - Our friends, Brent and Kim reside in the front home, Geiler and Jessica live in the house next door to the south. Guest have their own fenced private outdoor space and entrance accessed via the alley. The bungalow has a one car garage that is perfect for parking or storing your outdoor activity equipment and gear. The home is accessible via a keyless entry system. You will have a custom code programmed for access.
