Our home at Cinnamon Beach is a beautifully decorated, direct oceanfront condominium that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Nearly two miles of private beach, and nearby access to the intercostal waterway in a secluded, resort-type setting. This spacious 3BR/3BA direct oceanfront condominium has space for 8 to relax and unwind. The space Located on the third floor, this single-level, end unit is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 2300 square feet of beautifully detailed and furnished living space. The large, gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and is well-equipped to make delicious meals or refreshing beverages. The breakfast nook doubles the size of the already spacious kitchen and offers a view of the eighth tee box. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean views. The living room has breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully-equipped entertainment center including a 55 inch net ready TV with Sound Bar. The three bedrooms (King, King, Bunks plus Queen) and three full baths are separated for more privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size front load washer and dryer as well as beach towels for everyone. The huge oceanfront balcony allows for al fresco dining plus a bar table perfect for morning coffee or evening beverages. This may be the only place you dine during your vacation as you enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air, the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean, and possibly some putting or chipping on the eighth green. This condo is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular lap pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes the Cinnamon Grille, an excellent fitness facility, a family pool with a sprayground, kiddie pool, a teen center with foosball and air hockey, and an entertainment room with a billiards table, all with views of the freshwater lake. The recently added Beach Walkover just behind our building makes getting to and from the beach easy and convenient. There is a shower at the end of the decked walkover so you can rinse away the sand before walking back on the sidewalk to the condo. We know that after you stay at our home at Cinnamon Beach you will be back again and again. Other things to note During the Spring and Summer busy season Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
