The perfect Northern California location for a romantic weekend or relaxing escape for family or friends. Lovely cottage sleeps 8 (we only allow 7-8 adults) in a picturesque country setting located in a convenient location for hiking, cycling, golfing, shopping and wine tasting. Check out Placer County Trails and Placer County Wine Trail. Thunder Valley, Catta Verdera, Turkey Creek, Flower farm, Sun City, Auburn, Rocklin, Loomis, Auburn, Roseville. The space The guest house is 1,500 sqft home, well equipped for all you may need durning your stay. The downstairs has the Master bedroom with a king bed, bathroom and an upgraded, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. It is an open floor plan with a spacious living area including a large TV (Direct). A fully enclosed and conditioned sun room with two twin beds are located adjacent to Master bedroom and Jack and Jill bathroom. A private, cozy patio is located off the living room. The shaded patio has a propane BBQ and patio table. Enjoy your private fire pit. One bucket of wood is gratis. Sit in the Adirondack chairs under the stars, roasting marshmallows while listening to the river. A spacious upstairs loft-bedroom contains two twin beds, a double futon and a TV for DVD's and games. Another cozy queen-bedroom is located upstairs with an en suite bathroom that is shared with the sleeping loft sleeping area. We have satellite internet, it’s slower than most are used to, so we like to make sure guests are aware. For larger parties be aware that to enter bathrooms you have to walk through bedrooms. On lower level you enter king bedroom and the bathroom is located in between that bedroom and the sunroom with the two twin beds. Upstairs the second of the two bathrooms and is in the bedroom with the queen bed. The upper level twin beds are in a loft that has a half wall so not completely private, but does have a door. Great option for kids. 8 guest total at any time. 4 cars max Guest access Our property in Lincoln California is about 6 acres and consists of moss covered rock outcroppings, oak trees, and redwoods. There is several fire pit spots, to relax and be with family and friends. We have a pretty large creek that runs along the property. We encourage guest to pull up and chair and cool off, swim, or fish! There is a porch off the house with a bbq grill and dinning area with a view! Down by the creek are several tables and another large fire pit, a perfect gathering spot! The property owners live in the main home not far from guest guest house, and are full time. Please also note that the creek is also such a fun and enjoyable place for kids and adults to hang out by the fire pit,cool off and fish. Dogs are allowed with approval for an additional $10 per day, per dog. No viscous breeds/dogs allowed. We are ok with at most 2 dogs to stay in Thanks Other things to note The home is located on the site of a native American village. You will see many grinding rocks and Pestles. There is a Native American "Fertility Rock" located in front of the cottage. There is a beach along the river. It is a great place to relax or enjoy a campfire.
