Cozy up and save money while staying at our sweet, cozy 2 bedroom apartment 2-3 minutes from the Mayo Clinic, downtown, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, parks, fitness centers, pharmacies, the mall, gas stations, and everything else in between! Home features 2 bedrooms, full bath, living room, kitchen, recliner, washer and dryer. All hardwood/tile floors. Fast Wifi/Washer Dryer included. Garage parking included. The space Clean, cozy, home 1 mile from the Mayo Clinic. Make your stay in Rochester comfortable and affordable. The bedrooms feature fine linens and bedspreads. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, Wifi, DVD player, garage included! All hardwood floors. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a homecooked meal. We operate a share cabinet for any left non perishable food/condiments/ oils and spices in order to help guests save money. The house is located near everything (all downtown restaurants, Apache Mall, Hyvee grocery, Soldiers Field Park, Trader Joes, and of course the Mayo Clinic). **THE HOUSE IS A DUPLEX The main level is the St. Augustine House and upstairs level is the St. Augustine Loft. Both the St. Augustine house and St. Augustine Loft are private living areas with separate keyed entries. I look forward to making your stay in Rochester and at the St. Augustine house special. THE HOUSE IS A DUPLEX, divided into the lower main level St. Augustine House and the upper level St. Augustine Loft. Both apartments are separate living areas, with separate keyed entries. The St. Augustine home is the entire main level, including laundry, 1 garage stall. ***The garage stall is not deep. Fits small to mid size vehicles. Feel free to park larger vehicles half in /half out to keep windshield clean.**** The St. Augustine Loft is the upstairs apartment, 1 garage stall. No cable tv! Smart tv, fast wifi, dvd player provided (must login to own accounts). **We operate a share cabinet. We leave pantry and fridge/freezer items that we believe the next guest may enjoy and could use. *In effort to keep costs down we do not throw out items based on a stain. We use our best discretion and strive to give you a clean and cozy home at affordable rates. **If you were HAPPY with your stay and leave a 4 star review, I am unwilling to host you again. ***We provide shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, 2 rolls toilet paper, 1 paper towel roll, laundry detergent, 1 trash bag per day to get you started, you may need to refill depending on the length of your stay.*** This is a Catholic/Christian faith based home.
